Mie iz Narrative Statement O H g We are looking at the possibility of constructing a 38 tee golf driving range on nine acre site located directly east of our manufacturing facility and HO` twenty three remaining acres of vacant unused medium manufacturing zoned a H property. H H One of the major features of constructing a driving range from our standpoint n N is the ability to reclaim the land used by the driving range at anytime without the cost extensive land and building modification. The driving range would becoT 9 � intone producing business other then setting idle awaiting future development. H H3 y For full public use. It will provide a year around , possibly twenty four hour a day, all weather drivinq range for the golf enthusiast. We are also considerir the availability of a small cafeteria/snack bar being available for the convenience of the general public. At the present time , we feel there are no detrimental effects to the surrounding co-munity or natural environment and with proper landscaping and oth, features would be an Improvement in the area. The initial emplo;ment level would be in the area of four to five persons, additional employment may come about if there is a higher demand for food service in the area . / As a side note, we have observed a male and female coyote, who seemed to have / used this area under development to provide food for a small litter that is located across 80th street in undeveloped area. We will plant about nine acres in pasture grass which in about two years C3, should have a rodent population as field mice to provde a food source for the co;otes and hawks that habitat the area.
