The site is zoned M-M Medium Manufacturing zone which would allow this use. <br /> 2) The property is currently wooded, primarily with alder and associated under- <br /> story. <br /> 3) Access is ;proposed via 80th St. <br /> 4) Only northern portion of the property is proposed for development at this <br /> time.
