Musland under <br /> the working drawings title of "Manufacturing/Storage Facility for Norsol, <br /> Inc.", I am prepared to offer the following alternatives: <br /> 1. Since our client, Mr. Musland, also owns the contiguous lot to the <br /> east, it would not be in his best interest to landscape the common <br /> property line at this time. There is the option for additional yard <br /> storage on this parcel and we would then be prepared to retain the <br /> existing growth for a buffer to the east and/or provide additional land- <br /> scaping to achieve this screening. We will also provide a visual barrier <br /> to SR 526 as shown in our revised site plan. <br /> 2.
