WASHINGTON �.e <br /> The proposed vacation will have no effect on the trans- <br /> portation network in this area, except possibly for the <br /> loss of access to the south end of the property for fu- <br /> ture industries occupying smaller, subdivided industrial <br /> parcels. (This area is predominantly five-acre tracts <br /> which could be divided to accommodate smaller firms. ) <br /> While the vacation, per se, will have no severe impact, <br /> it will facilitate the location of a junk yard within <br /> the City's most prime industrial area. This will serve <br /> as a strong deterrent to inlustriea who might wish to <br /> locate in this area. <br /> The Zonint.?
