In <br /> accordance with ,your advice I am herewith sending you this letter requesting <br /> the approval of the Community Development Department for the following: <br /> 1. Fohkoku USA, Inc. understands that UL Standard approval is required <br /> for the Electric Controller. Kohkoku USA, Inc. will arrange to <br /> obtain UL approval as soon as possible. During the interim period <br /> until UL approval is jotained, Kohkoku USA, Inc. requests permission <br /> to continue with its present temporary electrical system. <br /> 2. Kohkoku USA, Inc. accepts full responsibility for the safe operation t <br /> of this system until UL approval is obtained. <br /> 3.
