II.CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> Three (3) complete sets with site plans. Minimum scale: 1/8" = 1'-0". <br /> NA A.Architect's stamp. All projects of 4,000 square feet or more than 4 dwelling <br /> units require the plans to be prepared by an architect currently licensed to practice <br /> in the state of Washington (RCW 18.08) - Please note that an engineer's stamp <br /> does not eliminate this requirement. <br /> ✓ B. Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building showing all exit <br /> doors, stairs, corridors, etc.). <br /> N[_ C. Building section with vertical dimensions indicating location of tenant <br /> improvement, other tenants and building construction. <br /> D.Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assembly rating as required <br /> for occupancy separation, area separation or building construction. <br /> �A E. Stair or ramp plans (1/4" = 1'-0" minimum scale) and sections. <br /> _ A F. Toilet room plans (1/4" = P-0" minimum scale) and interior elevations indicate <br /> wall and Floor finishes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) and <br /> toilet accessories. <br /> _& _ G. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of lock or latch and signage <br /> if required). <br /> _R H.Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, <br /> include exterior boding mounted lighting if added or revised). This must be <br /> provided at the time of building permit application. <br /> _N I. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing buildings must be <br /> insulated when the framing cavity is exposed when remodeling. Cavity must be <br /> insulated to the maximum depth possible or to the depth indicated by energy <br /> calculations). <br /> A J. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering existing structure <br /> or adding new load-bearing structure). <br /> kA K.
