11. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> Three (3) complete sets with site plans. Minimum scale: 1/8" = 1'0", <br /> A. Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building showing all exit doors, <br /> stairs, corridors, etc.) <br /> B. Building section with vertical dimensions indicating location of tenant improvement, <br /> other tenants and building construction. <br /> C. Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assembly rating as required for <br /> occupancy separation, area separation or building construction <br /> D. Stair or ramp plans (1/4"=1'0" minimum scale) and sections <br /> V E. Toilet room plans (1/4"=1'0' minimum scale) and interior elevations (indicate wall and <br /> / floor finishes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) and toilet accessories <br /> F. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of lock or latch and signage if <br /> / required) <br /> v G. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, include <br /> exterior building mounted lighting if added or revised) <br /> VH. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing buildings must be insulated <br /> when the framing cavity is exposed when remodeling. Cavity must be insulated to the <br /> maximum depth possible or to the depth indicated by energy calculations) <br /> 1. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering existing structure or <br /> adding new load-bearing structure) <br /> J. Architect's or engineer's stamn. (All projects of 4,000 square feet or more than 4 <br /> dwelling units require the plans to be prepared by an architect or engineer currently <br /> licensed to practice in the Stale of Washington) <br /> K. Copies of any permits/approvals issued by the Planning Department <br /> L.
