A <br />copy of the last inspection showing requested corrections is enclosed. Thr Uniform Building <br />Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is <br />suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If <br />you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you <br />may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
