These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may he required by <br />other departments (such as Utilities. Planning or fire). All references refer to the 2006 International <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and auopted by the City of Everett and the <br />Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, R will he necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with hvo new sets of revisions reflecting the corrections requested. <br />I. The plans should include the requirement for posting of the live load in accordance with <br />IBC 1603.3. <br />2. The stairway should be adjusted to permit handrail extensions at both sides at the top. <br />Showing the handrails on the plan views might also help to clarify. IBC 1012.5. <br />3.
