AD INI6T ATION; zo 1) Tenant Is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and H v removal oP its sign in a manner acceptable to and consistent with the high standards of Everett 526 Commerce Center. C. SIGN SPECIFICATIONS_. 1) Addresses shall be 4" high black vinyl letters on the Pace .— of the building above the Tenant entry door. 2) Tenant Signage a. Tenants names will be limited to the upper facado of the individual tenant space. Tenants shall locate eignage over main entry doors. b. The letters for tenant signs shall be 20" maximum, dimensional foam lottere paintod of a color approved by the Landlord. The lattsrs will be mounted with 1 adhesive directly to the building surface. Maximum sign coverage will not exceed 40 square Pact. Tenant eignage may contain logos or more than one row of information 'o provided that the total sign area of 40 square feat is not exceeded and the number of rows of information .presents a professional appearance.
