Please find <br />attached three copies of replacement sheets A-2 & A-3 which we believe will address <br />your concerns. Specific modifications are as follows: <br />1. The office portion of the establishment consists of a ground floor front area of <br />1767 sf with a mezzanine of 960 sf for a total office area of approximately <br />2727 sf or 27.27 people. The remaining office area is ancillary to and is located <br />In the warehouse area and contains approximately 330 sf. We believe this <br />layout meets exiting requirements. <br />2. We have modified all toilet rooms to comply with handicap codes. <br />3. The warehouse area is heated and new insulation is provided on all exterior <br />walls, please refer to plan note 17 and partition type 'C' indicated on sheet A- <br />4. The root insulation is existing and we believe it to be R-30. <br />4.
