WASHING -ON <br />Subject: Sewer Latecomer Agreement for Sewer Main vE:DI <br />Construction at 1520 - 80th Street S.W. <br />Dear Mr. Gidden: <br />The City of Everett has reviewed your application for a Latecomer Agreement. <br />It appears that the sewer as being constructed does not meet Recital Item "G" <br />of the latecomer contract for reimbursement. Item "G" states, "The utility is <br />capable of serving the owners Froperty and the benefited property..." In <br />order for this sewer '"serve the property that you have indicated as the <br />"benefited property", it is necessary for the sewer main to be extended past <br />the property frontage. Typically the City does not allow a Latecomer <br />Agreement to be placed on a property that would also have to extend the sewer <br />main in order to make a hook-up.
