Owl 04
May 9, 1983 CITY or
everett
oIr HALL • 219--7e5
LVIRITT. WLYUNOTON
rues
Philip Duffy
D. A. Duryee & Company
2721 Wetmore Avenue
Everett, Washington 98201
Dear Mr. Duffy:
The City of Everett Planning Department has no objection for the use of a modular
office building on Lots 5 and 6 of Hardeson [toad Industrial Park as long as they
conform to the normal building requirements of t[te City, including zoning code,
building code, and fire code requirements. Since the proposed office building; will be
more than 4,000 square feet in size, an environmental checklist (SL•PA) review will be
required prior to furmal approval. The SEPA review will be based on a conceptual
site plan which is submitted by the project proponent, and will specify conditions
which must be met to obtain a building permit.
The proposed site is located at a major intersection of arterials which le id into
Southwest Everett. The City is especially interested in high quality development at
this location since it is highly visible and provides a major entryway into Southwest
Everett. Project
to
landscaping and
screening requirements, as requirements elikely include
well as1pu public services improvements pro ements ((streets, utilities,
etc.).
I hope this answers your questions regarding this site, however, if you require further
information, please let me know.
Sln ercly, j
r
enn % L.
