NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLI <br />and <br />PLANNED ACTION DETERMIr <br />SEPA #117-98 <br />Post Office Parking Lot and Pedestrian <br />February 2, 1999 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is construction of a 130 vehicle <br />parking lot across the street from the existing US Postal Service facility at 8120 Hardeson <br />Road. Tables 3.1-1 and <br />3.1-2. <br />• The project is a use that implements the Subarea Plan and the project's significant <br />environmental impacts have been adequately addressed in the SW Everett/Paine Field <br />Subarea Plan EIS. <br />• The project's significant adverse environmental impacts will be mitigated through the <br />application of the mitigation decision document.
