During construction activities, all spills must he contained and removed in such manner <br />as to prevent their entering the waters and soils of the state. All developments must provide adequate lighting of parking lots and others 4reas which <br />have an increased risk for crime. Illumination should be a minimum of 3-4 foot <br />candles.
