Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br />permits being issued. <br />2. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction <br />Standards for Development. <br />3. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the <br />surrounding properties. <br />4. On -site detention of storm water runoff is required per City standards. <br />5. Treatment of storm water runoff front paved areas must occur, per City <br />standards, prior to discharge of the storm water from the site or to a <br />stream or wetland. Given the terraced slopes which exist adjacent to this <br />property and to the proposed location of the stormwater facilities, an <br />infiltration basin should not be used because the facility would increase the <br />amount of groundwater in the area and potentially impact do ndope <br />properties. Therefore, the preferred options for storm water treatmem are: <br />1) a wetpond <br />2) a constructed wetland <br />All storm water facilities shall be designed in accordance with City standards. <br />6. The discharge of wastewater from washing operations to the storm system <br />is a violation of state and City codes and ordinances. Therefore, if <br />vehicles arc to be washed on the site, a designated wash area designed in <br />accordance with City standards must be provided in conjunction with this <br />project. A discharge authorization from the City's Industrial Pretreatment <br />Program may be required for the connection to the sanitary sewer. <br />SEPA Checklist Review No. 98/117 <br />January 26, 1999 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />7. Any broken or dcr*taged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced by the <br />applicant per the City Public Works Inspector. <br />8. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be <br />operational prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br />9. Install "Do Not Cross Here - Use Overcrossing" signs at both 80th Street <br />SW driveways. <br />10. Provide additional signing to prohibit westbound left turns by trucks into <br />northwest driveway, contrary to prescribed route. <br />
