The intention here is to provide a punch <br />list of items remaining now while you still have men and equipment on site, <br />rather than waiting until the work virtually complete, and your crew Is <br />demobilizing. <br />The Items are as follows: <br />TESCP (Erosion Control) <br />This operation is just beginning and Should be completed as shown on <br />the drawings, sheet C3. <br />STORM DRAINAGE <br />Fabric and Riprap 0 cutfall adjacent to CB N1 <br />Drainage swale per sheets C4 6 C9 <br />WATER <br />Install water meters, (or facilitate installation by City) <br />Valve marker post back of 100th St. <br />Hydrant Guard posts, paint, and cone. pad per specified city standards <br />Are water service lines, and fire service Iines run beyond meter boxes <br />vault to face of building? <br />Finish Detector Check Assembly <br />Conc. hydrant pad @ 7th Ave. <br />SANITARY SEWER <br />C.O.'s should have hardware (box 6 cover) per specified city standards. <br />Connection of exist.
