The previously approved plan covered the cur- <br />rent expansion, possible future expansion to an existing building and con- <br />struction of three additional buildings. <br />Due to the uncertainity of Opcon's future expansion and the extreme high <br />cost of providing a complete Storm Water Detention System for buildings <br />which may never be built, we now are proposing to provide Detention for <br />the current construction, and future addition to the existing building. <br />Additional Storm Water Detention Systems would be provided at the time of <br />future building activity. <br />As the contractor is currently nearing completion of the building and is <br />preparing to do the final grading, your prompt review of the revised <br />Drainage Study and Plan would be appreciated.
