Lateral <br />framing inspection was performed by the City of Everett inspector- Dave Foster (enclosed email). <br />We reviewed concrete lab reports indicating pom pliance to compressive design strength. <br />Contacted Mayes Testing- Jill Rouse to proceed with submittal of final letter to the City of Everett. <br />To the best of our knowledge, all items inspected today are in conformance with approved plans <br />and specifications. <br />Inspector: Todd Wirtz <br />Reviewed By: <br />Michael S.
