The approval <br />is granted subject to conditions ac set <br />forth herein. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Snohomish County (Applicant), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, <br />requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit (SPU) for the relocation of an <br />Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for the County. The project, which would occur at <br />720 - 80th Street SW, Everett, Washington (subject property), includes construction of a <br />150-toot steel lattice -type communications tower, along with supporting equipment, <br />cabling and other tenant improvements. <br />A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on March 17, <br />2011.
