G <br />JULY 25- 1980 <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />- it is hereby agreed between the City 6f Everett and <br />Tri—State Construction, regarding the movement of 9000 <br />cubic yards of soil from H&D Door aLte to Will Construction <br />Site, both located on 80th Avenue N.E., the folloyring: <br />1. all conditions disclosed in the Environmental Checklist <br />submitted to the City on July 25, 1980 <br />2, soil will be stockpiled only, with no grading allowed <br />3. no vegetation shall be removed prior to issuance of <br />the final negative declaration <br />4. plates will be placed across 80th. street with. all <br />equipment confined to plate surfaces <br />5. perimeter erosion control will be installed prior to <br />the placement of any soil <br />6. soil to be stockpiled as per submitted drawing <br />,FOR THE C ' !
