I just heard back from Klaus Janssen, our Acting Assistant Fire <br />Marshal, and the MSDS submitted does not pose a problem for hazardous materials. If the Fire Marshal <br />inspection at move -in determines there are additional volatiles involved, the requirements will be addressed <br />at that time. Please let the client know that the Fire Marsha: should be contacted after receiving the <br />certificate of occupancy and during the first week of operation, at 425-257-8120. <br />1 will process the permit right now and put a rush on it (Steve has to review it first for structural, and he said <br />he can do that today). The Permit Technicians will contact your client as soon as the permit is ready IU <br />pick-up.
