The terms of conditional use <br />as outlined in your letter arc acceptable for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO). <br />Tlrc systems outlined in your letter (sprinkler, fire alarm, lighting, egress, etc.) will need <br />to be fully operational, inspected and approved for the issuance of the TCO. Please <br />check with the Fire Marshal's office regarding their inspection requirements.
