In order for the processing your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two sets of Insert drawings reflecting the corrections requested. For clarification, please cloud and identify any revisions to the drawings from what was originally submitted. Construction I. Please dimension in plan the clearance between the spray booth walls and the building wall. Minimum clearance of 3 feet for egress should be provided per IBC 1005.1. 2. Identification of the quantities and type of hazArdous materials being used and stored for the spray booth should be indicated in the submission for permit, per I13C Table 307.1(1). Applicable codes include the 2006 International Building Code (IBC), the 2006 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2006 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2006 Washington Slate Energy Code (WSEC), the 2006 Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code (VIAQ), and the 2003 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities Al 17.1-2003 (ICC/ANSI). All codes referenced, as adopted by the City of Everett, should include current revisions by the State of Washington. These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire).
