In order for the processing <br />your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two sets of Insert <br />drawings reflecting the corrections requested. For clarification, please cloud and identify any revisions to <br />the drawings from what was originally submitted. <br />Construction <br />I. Please dimension in plan the clearance between the spray booth walls and the building wall. <br />Minimum clearance of 3 feet for egress should be provided per IBC 1005.1. <br />2. Identification of the quantities and type of hazArdous materials being used and stored for the spray <br />booth should be indicated in the submission for permit, per I13C Table 307.1(1). <br />Applicable codes include the 2006 International Building Code (IBC), the 2006 International Fire Code <br />(IFC), the 2006 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2006 Washington Slate Energy Code (WSEC), the <br />2006 Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code (VIAQ), and the 2003 Accessible and <br />Usable Buildings and Facilities Al 17.1-2003 (ICC/ANSI). All codes referenced, as adopted by the City of <br />Everett, should include current revisions by the State of Washington. These comments address building <br />issues only.
