We r:viewed the referenced geotechnical <br />engineering study for the project. Our services included providing onsite observations and <br />testing on a part -lime and full-time basis from Aunuit 4, 2005 to May 5, 200e. ESNW <br />representatives made sixty-two (62) site visits to observe or test building foundation subgrade, <br />building slab subgrade, utility trench backfill, vault suocc rade and rackfill, pavement subgraoo <br />and sidewalk subgrade. <br />ESNW representatives conducted ninety-six (96) fielo c erlsity tests in accordance with ASTM <br />Test Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). Mine representative soil samples were <br />returned to our laboratory for analysis of the maxin7um dry den3ily and optimum moisture <br />content in accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor).
