If you e-mail that to me, I can put it on the current cover sheet.
We will need a new valuation number, and we would like to void the original permit number and replace it with a new one.
It turns out that since this permit was filed in 2006 originally, it just makes the paperwork easier on our and.
I think I can do this without you having to come into our offices, if you will just verify via e-mail the changes to the permit
application via e-mail for the occupancy types (I found it on the far left of the first sheet -sorry!) and valuation numbers, and
then state that everything else remains the same (if it does). The tenant name would change from 'unknown' to'Emerald
City Labels'. When Doug comes to pick up the processed permit, he would only pay the difference in fees for the valuation
change, which I assume is minimal.
Have a good weekend. I will make this a priority submittal once I receive your e-mail response with the above information.
-Meg
Mef fictley
Pla4W E944ni~
City of Everett
3200 Cedar Street
Everett, WA 98201
Ph: 425-257-8813
Fax: 425 257.8856
www.everettwa.orn/default.aspx?ID=376
