E. W. O. 860 <br />Dear Mr. English: <br />Your application for a permit to make improvements within the public <br />rights -of -way has been approved. All work shall be carried out in <br />accordance with the attached permit. <br />Also, enclosed is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing <br />work within the public rights -of -way. Please call the Engineering <br />Department Construction Division (259-8811) prior to starting this work <br />so that an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue.
