The site frontage on Casino 'toad <br />extends some 300' east from Hardeson iioad; its front- <br />age on Hardeson Road extends from Casino Road souti to <br />the Everett Cit/ limits. The <br />units will be in two- and three-story buildings con- <br />taining 8, 12 and 18 units. Access to the units will <br />be internal, from a new public street to be jointly <br />contructed to serve this site and the two apartment <br />sites to the east, providing these units with <br />act <br />ute <br />bypassing the Casino Road/Hardeson.
