The apparent location of this alley was between Lots 61 and 62
in the Plat of Cascade Mountain View Tracts.
In researching the title chain to these properties, the only documentation found was a
dedication recorded under Auditor's Pile No. 1269386. This dedication was to the
general public for alley purposes from the grantors by the name of Ahl. The date of this
dedication was in January of 1958.
There is no acceptance and/or approval signature from the County of Snohomish on this
recorded dedication.
