June 13, 1995 <br />Mr. Ray Bennett <br />920 - 87th St SE <br />Everett WA 9E208 <br />SUBJECT: Alley Dedication and Maintenance for Access North <br />from 88th St SE to Corner of Lot 61, Plat of Cascade <br />Mountain View Tracts <br />Dear Mr. Bennett: <br />The City's Real Property Department has reviewed the ownership and maintenance <br />responsibility for the access to your home off of 38th St. S. E. We worked in <br />conjunction with the Snohomish County's Property Management Department since the <br />dedication would have taken place in 1958 when that area of Everett was still within <br />unincorporated Snohomish County.
