Preto wiio in the Plans Exami.r .• for <br />the city of Evureit, tIishington. lie advIaLd me that lie has been an <br />Architect for twenty-five (25) yenrs prior to becoming Plans Examiner <br />for the city of Everett find told me personally that the plane are <br />unsatisfactory and further that a building permit will NOT be issued <br />from your plan number 0-500. <br />Therefore in view of the above, I ail roiuesting a refund of *155.00 of <br />the $102.00 that I won charged. <br />Attached in a Plan Correction Sheet Promulgated by Mr. Jack E.
