KEN ELLY KEYS FAX No, 4256706713 P. 002/006 <br />QIUU�i—avZ <br />Attn: Tony Lee 9/8/2010 <br />This is the narrative that you requested at our meeting this morning, 9/8/2010 regarding the Violation <br />Citation, Case #10-0917. <br />I replaced ari existing exterior 2x2 picket wall with 4'centers on my deck with a 2x4 framed wall with 164 <br />centers and sided on both sides with T1-11 siding. The wall dimensions are 12' long by 92' tall. <br />The deck area Is still an open area with access to my living room thru an existing sliding glass door. <br />If you want to come over and inspect the wall to determine if it is a "1 hour' wall, please contact David <br />Thorns @ 206-919-6877 to set up an appointment time and date.
