R E P O R T <br />FROM: Marian Payne, Housing Inspector <br />DATE: September 26, 1991 <br />(P3U <br />RE: 302-90th Street SW <br />An inspection of the building today revealed the following deficiencies <br />pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. The building has been completely gutted by fire. <br />2. All vital systems, heating, electrical, and plumbing have been <br />destroyed. <br />3. There are no sanitary facilities. <br />4. There are no doors or windows on the building. <br />5. Structural framing members have been severely damaged by fire or <br />destroyed by fire. <br />6. The interior of the building is filled with trash and debris. <br />7. The exterior of the building has been severely damaged by fire. <br />8. There is no protection from the elements for the exterior or <br />interior of the building. <br />9. The premises are overgrown with vegetation. <br />10. Several arson fires have been started in tl,e bo.iiding. <br />11. The premises and building are attractive nuisances to inquisitive <br />minors. <br />12. The premises and building are a hazardous nuisance to the health, <br />safety and welfare of the public. <br />1033dm <br />
