In checking the files in our department, I have not <br />found the project for this property. <br />The building has been the target of several arson fires and pursuant to the <br />Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings is considered dangerous to <br />the health, safety and welfare of .he public. Also, the bull -ling is in <br />violation of the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Eve-ett. <br />Although you may have a project in review for development of the property, the <br />existing conditions warrant your immediate attention. If you wish to demolish <br />the building, permits shall be obtained no later than December 2, 1991. <br />If the building is to be rehabilitated, application for permits shall be <br />submitted no later than December 20, 1991. <br />Failure to comply with the requirements of this letter shall result in the <br />issuance of a "Notice and Order."
