Eger <br />8128 187th S.W. <br />Edmonds, WA 98020 <br />4ttention: Rick Beaker <br />RE: 63r) 90th St. S.W., Everett, WA <br />Dear Property Owners: <br />0n October 10th, Mr. Beaker called this office in response to a letter <br />regarding the building situated on the property at 630 90th St. S.W., Everett. <br />During our phone conversation, Mr. Beaker indicated that a project fur that <br />property had been submitted to the Planning and Community Development <br />Department for review. In checking the files in our department, I have not <br />found the project for this property. <br />The building has been the target of several arson fires and pursuant to the <br />Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings is consiOered dangerous to <br />the health, safety and welfare of the public. Also, the building is in <br />violation of the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Everett. <br />Although you may have a project in review for development of the property, the <br />existing conditions warrant your immediate attention. If you wish to demolish <br />the building, permits shall be obtained no later than December 2, 1991. <br />If the building is to be rehabilitated, application for permits shall be <br />-ft1. submitted no later than December 20, 1991. <br />Failure to comply with the requirements of this letter shall result in the <br />L1� issuance of a "Notice and Order."
