The building has been completely gutted by fire. <br />2. All vital systems, heating, electrical, and plumbing have been <br />destroyed. <br />1038dm <br />3. There are no sanitary facilities. <br />4. There are no doors or windows on the building. <br />5. Structural framing members have been severely damaged by fire or <br />destroyed by <br />fire. <br />6. <br />The interior <br />of the building is filled with trash and debris. <br />,. <br />The exterior <br />of the building has been severely damaged <br />by fire. <br />8. <br />There is no <br />protection from the elements for the <br />exterior or <br />interior of the building. <br />9. <br />The premises <br />are overgrown with vegetation. <br />10. <br />Several arson fires have been started in the building. <br />11. <br />The premises <br />and building are attractive nuisances to <br />inquisitive <br />minors. <br />12. <br />The premises <br />and building are a hazardous nuisance to <br />the health, <br />safety and welfare of the public. <br />
