November 10, 1981 <br />crts or <br />everett <br />CITYMALL • 2690745 <br />EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />M201 <br />Mr. Dallas Olson, Jr. INSPECTION OEPMITMENT <br />4904 Seabreeze Way <br />Everett, Washington 98203 <br />SUBJECT: Fireplace @ 341 - 91st Southeast <br />Everett, Washington <br />Dear Mr. Olson: <br />On October 10, 1980 I met with you and Mr. Jack Carton at the <br />above address to resolve the problem of the faulty fireplace. <br />You, at that time, stated that you would have the Masonry <br />Institute of the State of Washington make an inspection and <br />you would make any corrections they recommended. <br />On October 5, 1981 I again reminded you of the faulty condition <br />of the fireplace and enclosed is a copy of the letter from the <br />Masonry Institute stating certain corrections to be made. <br />Since neither Mr. Carton nor this office has received any res- <br />ponse from you relative to the problem we can (,nly conclude that <br />you do not intend to make the required corrections.
