Unless this situation <br />is resolved immediately we will be, no doubt, involved in <br />legal action. I am certain you do not wish for this nor do <br />I. <br />Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can resolve <br />the situation without going into litigation. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kenneth W.
