WASHINGTON <br />w201 <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Jack Carton called last week and informed me that there have <br />been no corrective measures taken to resolve the problems <br />with Tie fireplace. <br />Subsequent to my letter to you dated February 19, 1982 you <br />informed me that the work involved would be accomplished <br />within one week. <br />At this point i have no alternative except to request our <br />Legal Department to initin to action. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kenneth W.
