The <br />Building Department has contacted you on numerous occasions regarding this <br />matter requesting that corrective action be taken. No corrective action has been <br />taken to date. in fact, at one time you even agreed that the Masonry Institute <br />could Inspect the fireplace and you would make nny corrections recommended by <br />them. The Institute inspected the fireplace and made recommendations, but you <br />still failed to take the requested corrective action. <br />This matter has been forwarded to this office for action. I nm asking that you take <br />the requested action and make the necessary repairs on or before the 25th of June, <br />1982.
