Please sec <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. The International Building Code and the International <br />Residential Code state that all perniils expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended <br />or abandoned fora period of 180 clays alter the work is commenced. Work under this permit <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. Alter that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records arc <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new permit must be obtained.
