All work shall be carried out in accordance with the <br />attached permit. <br />Install standard concrete driveway. <br />Enclosed Is a copy of the City rules and regulations governing work within the <br />public rights -of -way. Please call the Engineering Department Constriction Division <br />(239-9811) prior to starting this work so that an inspection can be made. <br />This permit Is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of issue.
