The following revisions/additional information will be required <br />before approval of the plans can take place: <br />Performance Bond for Stream Buffer Enhancement Work — Please provide a bond in <br />the amount of 300 percent of the cost of materials plus installation, based on a written <br />estimate. <br />2) Environmentally Sensitive Area Covenant — Provide a covenant for the portion of the <br />site consisting of critical area and buffer. per Item 037, page 8 of the Final MDNS. <br />Please use the attached form. <br />/3)Revised Building Elevation—'Bre,ticy' Model (Basic No. 330) — This unit contains a <br />6' wide by 13' deep covered porch. The porch design must be modified to be 4 to 5' <br />deep and as wide as the living space (i.e.. approx. 91. Please see attached sketch. <br />Once the above changes/additional information have been provided to the satisfaction of the <br />City, the Planning Department will sign off on its review of the plans.
