Camden Court Bullrling Permit Applicalloas for Unit kr 19, 29, 32, 36, and 44 <br />Dear Sunshine, <br />]'he Planning Department has reviewed the building permit up,llications for unit 11s 19, 29, 32, <br />36, and 44 on Holly Drive. After reviewing the plans submitted and conducting a site visit, we <br />noted the following items: <br />I . The site plans for each of the above units show basic plan 111068. which is it one-story <br />unit with one -car garage and 9.5' wide by 20' deep driveway in front of the garage; <br />2. All curb cuts for the site are existing and appear to be approximately 20 feel in width. <br />'these curb cuts were installed with the expectation that different unit designs would <br />be constructed on the site; <br />3. The existing curb cuts to not properly align with the proposed driveways for plan <br />4 1068, which will result in the potential for cars to park improperly on the site. <br />Further, the number of parking stalls that would be provided would he reduced for <br />these units from four stalls under the original site plan layout, to two stalls under the <br />proposed layout. <br />Based on the above findings, the City cannot approve building permits for Unit 4s 19, 29, 32, 36, <br />and 44.
