13 <br />EXHIBIT C-1 <br />City of Everett - Statement of Work <br />Project Background <br />This contract involves the installation and configuration of the ATIS-SOAP (for Web) product at <br />the City of Everett. <br />Services to be Performed <br />Installation <br />• Trapeze will install the ATIS-SOAP product remotely on the City of Everett's network. <br />• Existing ATIS hardware will be used. <br />• City of Everett will provide Trapeze with access to the server on which the ATIS SOAP <br />product will be installed. <br />Off-site Support <br />■ Trapeze will provide off site support throughout the project, including testing support. <br />Project Management <br />■ Trapeze will provide services to manage the project, detailed below. <br />Project Management Services <br />• A single Project Manager will be provided by Trapeze <br />• Their responsibilities will include: <br />• Responsible for customer satisfaction and project success <br />• Coordinate Trapeze resources <br />■ Participate in status meetings as required <br />■ Manage customer billings <br />■ Manage issue lists <br />City of Everett ATIS <br />Amendment SLA N t <br />4 405 <br />4 <br />
