N <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Park Commissioners amended its recommended six year <br />capital improvement plan (2010 — 2015) to incorporate the elements of the Riverfront <br />Development Public Amenities Master Plan at its April 13, 2010 regular meeting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council: <br />1) Hereby adopts the Everett Parks and Recreation Department's Six Year Capital <br />Improvement Plan (Appendix 11 to the Parks and Recreation Strategic Master <br />Plan) and designates the updated Strategic Master Plan as the Everett Parks and <br />Recreation Comprehensive Plan through December 31, 2015. <br />2) The Everett Parks and Recreation Department is authorized to re -format the <br />Comprehensive Plan as necessary to insure consistency with requirements of any <br />federal, state or local governmental agency related to the Department's eligibility <br />to submit and receive grant funding awards. <br />3) That the Six Year Capital Improvement Plan (2010 — 2015) projects' matrix of <br />Appendix 11 be updated and approved by the Everett City Council at least once <br />every two years. <br />Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 52010 <br />Council President <br />2 <br />141 <br />
