The Land Use Element
provides the background information needed to meet the
strategic plan goal of equitable distribution of park resources
throughout the city.
1.6.1.2. The Land Use Element of
the plan (both maps and policies) serves as a guide to future
decision malting by the public and private sector relating to
property investments, land development, public services, and
infrastructure.
Everett Park planning areas encompass lands within the city of
Everett but also areas out side of the city limits that have a
reasonable chance of being annexed as the city grows within
the next 20 years.
Legend:
® Subarea Boundaries
r City of Everett Boundary
H
Updated: Jammy 12, 2004
44 Everett Parks and Recreation
10.
