The residential area <br />predominately on the north facing slopes, located <br />undeveloped greenways and stream areas. The m <br />transportation route through the area is Mukilteo B <br />along the north edge and the Boeing Freeway (SR <br />the south edge. <br />Neighborhoods <br />Neighborhoods in this area include Boulevard B <br />west side of Harborview-Seahurst-Glenhaven. <br />Geography <br />The geography of Southwest Sub Area 3 is primarily built on a <br />high plateau that is home to Boeing and Paine Field. The <br />remaining large flat areas have been used for industrial <br />Data development. Most of the residential areas are located on the <br />north and west facing slopes and may have views of the <br />Sound. The drainage ways in this area include most of the <br />critical area designations.
