Consider use of PUD transmission line property be <br />used for trails to connect to Lowell Larimer Road and <br />for dog off leash areas. <br />5. Look for opportunities to work with neighborhoods to <br />improve neighborhood walking trails on undeveloped <br />right of way. <br />Partnerships: <br />1. Work with schools to improve access and amenities <br />for recreation. <br />2. Consider partnerships with religious organizations to <br />provide play fields on private property <br />3. Work with neighborhood groups to promote safe <br />walking trails and to develop trail maps. <br />Constraints: <br />1. Lack of available land <br />2. Large areas are located outside of the city limits but <br />are located within GMA growth boundary. Investigate <br />purchase of land outside of city limits to provide for <br />future park area needs in sub area. <br />3.
