I live in a home development called Deer Ridge which is off of Merrill Creek Pkwy off of 13th AVE. T <br />think this is a great opportunity to have all of this land to develop, but that would be a lot more cars on the roads <br />in this area. The last thing we want is another "Casino Rd" which is what I worry about when I hear many of' <br />these dwelling units maybe "multiple family structures." Why not make the majority of them homes? We ' <br />don't need more multiple family structures around here! This will also help control the number of new students <br />added to the Mukilteo School District which is already over crowded. <br />I also can see that part of the new area will be a park at 29.9 acres. However in "alternative I " I read that <br />"available park land has increased in the immediate area as a result of the previous CEMEX/Rinker PDO <br />actions, which grant 100+ acres of adjacent land to the City for park purposes. With this, I'm wondering where <br />the other 70+ acres of parks will be located? I propose adding park land to Area 3 and also in Area 4 and 5 if <br />possible. , <br />What will the Area 3 at 16.4 acres on the north end of the area be?
